Visual Basic 6 with .NET Visual Basic 6 extensive knowledge. Should know Visual basic 6 Should be currently working in Visual basic 2005 / 2008. He should have experience in upgrading applications developed in VB6 to VB 2005. [that is why point 1 above is important]. He should have experience in developing applications for Finance / Accounting dept as well as for HR department. Database : Access and SQL Should have some knowledge developing applications which have server based database. Urgent
