IT MANAGER + NEW VACANCY + IT MANAGER Multinational Insurance Company Open to Malaysian applicants Up to $45k USD Our client is a rapidly growing international Insurance company. We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia • Based in Tax Free Saudi Arabia • Open to Malaysian nationalities • Visa arranged for you • Should have a successful background in the Insurance industry • At least 10 years experience in Finance • 2 years in a CFO, Senior Finance role minimum • Very strong calibre leader * Interviews will be held in Malaysia KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Direct and manage the IT function • Contributes to company strategy and direction by inputting into and actualizing corporate objectives through setting and implementing Information technology strategy and processes that facilitates and enhances internal communications, reporting and high productivity • Approve IT Policies, Processes, guidelines and procedures and ensure their implementation • Formulate, oversee design & maintenance and recommend/audit IT infrastructure architecture, standards, and software systems that allow company to capitalize on captive knowledge, increase efficiency and respond promptly to market and future growth needs • Formulate, gain agreement to, monitor and control IT department’s operational and investment budget ensuring the efficient and effective utilization of resources, the minimization of cost and the availability of needed resource as and when required • Formulate, develop and continually review Information Technology policies and procedures, monitoring compliance and ensuring consistency in approach to IT related matters and that staff are aware and understand the extent and application of those to their own work areas • Introduce new IT systems, which will improve the effectiveness of the IT function in line with the business objectives • Direct studies to identify areas for improving IT Systems Performance on a continuous basis • Direct the formulation of and oversee the delivery of services in line with Service Level Agreements • Manage the IT team, providing leadership, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve high performance standards and staff pride in the execution of IT tasks and responsibilities ensuring continuous monitoring and appraisal of performance and the provision of guidance and expertise as required.
