Supervisor/Cashier As a Chocolate Churro location Supervisor, you will be expected to make quick and effective decisions while on the job. You must be able to operate a cash register. You must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English. You will perform the inventory count at opening and closing, as well as reorder stock for your assigned location. As a Supervisor, you will be expected to provide the highest level of customer service and handle customer complaints effectively. You must be able to work in a team environment as well as lead them. As a Supervisor, you will be monitored by upper management on your decision making skills, the sales you generate, your work effort, and how well you work in a team. If your results prove to be improving and benefiting the company, you will be compensated through bonuses and commissions. Shift: 6 days/week Vacation: 40 days vacation after 2 years. Bonus: Should the employee receive a positive evaluation after 12 months, then the employee may receive a bonus or a salary raise. The evaluation is based on performance, cleanliness, customer service, attitude, and teamwork.
