Waiter Description: The kiosk waiter should have at least 2 years experience in the food service/hospitality industry. This position requires a high level of quality service, respect, excellent English communication skills, a hygienic physical appearance, an understanding of how to prepare coffee items, and an understanding of how to deal with customer complaints. Shift: 6 days/week Vacation: 40 days vacation after 2 years. Bonus: Should the employee receive a positive evaluation after 12 months, then the employee may receive a bonus or a salary raise. The evaluation is based on performance, cleanliness, customer service, attitude, and teamwork.
