| Head of Retail •Working with the Retail global sales team plan, deploy and manage a sustainable Retail network in line with global guidelines •Ensure LSU meets agreed Retail sales, financial and operational targets •Undertake quality Execution Planning, STP and LE Planning and Sales Management for Retail •Work closely with Retail marketing •Work with the relevant global functions to ensure that all aspects of retail management are implemented effectively. Ensure that there is alignment with global guidelines. These activities include but are not restricted to city mapping, business modeling, partner selection and management, retail marketing, merchandising, reporting, REX, REE, SARM, store deployment, logistics and care. •Build capability and competency of LSU retail team •Actively participate in quarterly LSU business reviews and LSU Retail Steering Group •Ensure quality sales planning, management, reporting and reviews are in place for Retail. •Provide feedback to global on the requirements of programs to meet local market conditions. . Saudi nationals required. •University degree in suitable field •Marketing and Sales experience in B2C, 10-15 years including direct retail management experience •Experience in business planning, cost centre and partner management •Broad understanding of mobile communication, internet services, consumer electronics & traditional mobile phones business. •Team player capable of networking •Excellent presentation and communication skills •Demonstrates initiative and problem solving •Highly independent and self-directed. •Translates strategy into actionable programs, operations or activities and measures effectiveness •Formulates operational guidelines. •Demonstrates strong leadership and the ability to influence. | |
