COUNTRY MANAGER - BATHROOMS DEVELOPMENT & SALES IN SPECIFIC BATHROOM INDUSTRY MARKET TOP EUROPEAN BRANDED PRODUCTS NEWLY CREATED POSITION Saudi Arabia - Ref. AJM2010007 Our Client has gained a reputation for quality, service and customer care that is unrivalled in the brassware and shower markets around the world. Now developing the Middle East market, they urgently require a COUNTRY MANAGER to introduce new brand / product mix to the Saudi Arabian market. Gaining access to decision makers at the correct level will be a key skill and will determine the level of success of the strategy. DUTIES Develop a specification market strategy for the Saudi Arabian market. Creation of project specification for existing and new products. Targeting of new project build in residential, hotel, commercial and hospital sectors. Structure and implementation of sales strategies by product and brand to achieve targets. Management of interface with local partners, government and municipal departments. Development of strong relationships with developers, architects, specifiers and interior designers to specify product ranges as appropriate. Identification of new markets. Continued management and promotion of high levels of customer service levels. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Degree / Diploma educated in a relevant discipline. Self motivated and able to work independently. Minimum 5 years sales and door opening experience. Minimum 3 years bathroom industry experience. Male applicants only. Fluent English & Arabic languages. Previous construction related experience with high level decision makers. Good industry contacts and the ability to identify opportunities. Previous experience in a similar role in Saudi Arabia. Knowledge of import / export regulations within Saudi Arabia. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. REMUNERATION A competitive remuneration package depending upon relevant industry and job experience.
