Technical & Operations Mgr - Readymix Concrete Our client, is a leading Precast and Readymix Concrete Manufacturer with Plant Operations throughout Saudi Arabia and the Gulf States. They are currently seeking a Technical & Operations Manager for the Readymix Division located in Dammam. Responsible for managing Technical Department, Concrete Mix Design, Checking client specification and Making actions to resolve complaints. Direct liaison with Clients, Research & Development of Materials & Technologies and liaison with Production & Sales Department Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Day to day management of all Technical Aspects. • Assess and Supervision of all Technical Staff • Lead the team in Quality Assurance testing, new product development and Research to support the Company’s Ready-mix Concrete business. • Maintain Company’s leadership position in Quality and Customer Excellence. • Develop a plan for Technical team annual baseline goal achievement and implement for result. • Provide technical leadership necessary to advance company’s strategic Business initiatives. • Control of Quality and liaison with raw material suppliers. • Monitoring and Control of Raw material stocks. • Responsible in the implementation of Quality Control Assurance Testing and inspection program as per the Project specifications. • Responsible for preparation and formulation of Concrete mix designs to suit project specification requirements. • Settling commercial and technical problem as they arise. TRAINING: • Help, develop and oversee a system to ensure that all new staff have been through the Orientation process. • Ensure that core Technical competency is maintained while promoting individual professional growth and self leadership. • Assist with developing and providing necessary training to reach Customer service standards.
