| HR MANAGER Co-ordinating with Director’s and all HOD’s for manpower planning and requirement. Handling the recruitment, selection and retention function. Deciding the source and method of recruitment in consultation with Directors. Responsible for employees salary fixation and revision of salary. Signing the offer, appointment, confirmation letters, various HR / Admin. related letters, Leave Applications, employees Birthday & Marriage Anniversary greetings etc. Ensuring that the employees record is kept updated at all times. Supervision on employees attendance and leave record. Ensuring that proper discipline is maintained in office at all times. Defining Role & Responsibilities of employees Preparing HR & Admin. policies Preparing yearly holiday list in consultation with MD/Chairman Time sheet maintenance and reporting to Directors. Responsible of employee welfare and their recognition. Implementation of policies & systems across the oganisation with particular reference to Training and Development, Appraisal process etc. HR related Administration Activities including disciplinary matters and issues related to implementation of company rules & regulations. Public Relations # 1 - Liaison with various statutory consultants, visitors, vendors, suppliers, representatives etc who visit our office (with or without prior appointment) Public Relations # 2 - Meeting & pacifying contractors, suppliers and other creditors visiting office to follow-up for payments. Policies, Statutory Acts, Labour Laws etc Setting up Management Information System (MIS) for Macro & Micro level reporting system of Operational Activities. CANDIDATE PROFILE- Candidate should be MBA(HR), MPM with minimum 6-10 yrs experience specially in construction field. | |
