DIRECTOR - B2B (SAUDI ARABIA) Leading Global Electronics Manufacturer: Functions: - BxB Business development, building relationship & networking with potential customers in construction, real estate and governmental sectors and enhance LGE’s relationship with partners and other channels - Set up BxB function in Jeddah branch - Building and implementing country BxB business strategy aligned with MEA regional strategy - Being able to represent the company in all levels and conduct negotiation with existing and potential business partners - Manage forecasting, sales and key accounts - Initiate and manage key BxB projects in the country and increase B2B pipeline opportunities - Decide pricing and product structure for country BxB business aligned with Global and Regional business strategy - Manage personnel and provide appropriate training and development - Follow RHQ and HQ regional guideline for BxB business strategy - Market analysis & STP Requirements: - EXPERIENCE: - 10 years in BxB business preferable in construction/ real estate sector. - 4-5 years of experience in KSA - KNOWLEDGE: - Knowledge of market trends and opportunities for AC and Electronics products in construction sector in Saudi Arabia - Strong networking connection in the industry - Skills: - Strong leadership skills - Communication and persuasive skills - Ability to develop actionable strategic agendas for every project - Ability to develop business strategies - Ability to develop alliances with key partners - Ability to manage external relations - Other requirements - Arabic national - Education - Minimum BS/BE degree in Engineering or MBA If you are interested in this offer, please send your CV with this reference number: X9443 as the subject to process(at)catenon(dot)com
