Nursing Manager Emergency Department Nursing Manager Emergency Department Requirements: - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and holds a current Nursing licence of good standing in country of origin - Minimum Bachelor degree or special advanced education or equivalent preferred - For MOH purposes, there must be no break in experience in the 2 years immediate pre-hire. - Minimum of 3 years progressive post-grad experience, of which 2 have been as a head nurse or equivalent, involved with staff assessment, unit organization and overseeing standards of practice preferred - 2 years clinical experience in the assigned specialty preferred - Proficiency in spoken and written English - Proficient in writing procedures and familiar with use of computer Previous experience in a multi-cultural environment is desirable.
