Unit Manager Oncology Unit Manager Oncology Requirements: - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and holds a current Nursing license of good standing in country of origin - Minimum Bachelor degree or specialized advanced education (e.g. post graduate course in designated specialty) or equivalent preferred - For MOH puposes, there must be no break inthe 2 years pre-hire. - A minimum of 3 years progressive post graduate experience, of which 2 have been as a Head Nurse or equivalent, involved with staff assessment, unit organization, and overseeing standards of practice preferred. - 2 years clinical experience in the assigned speciality preferred - Proficiency in spoken and written English - Proficiency in writing procedures and familiar with use of computers * Experience in multicultural environment is an asset * Thorough knowledge of current nursing management practices * Demonstrated background in collaborative relationship with a wide range of personnel About Saad Specialist Hospital Saad Specialist Hospital provides high quality medical services from a state-of-the art facility in Al-Khobar, in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia It is the only private hospital in the GCC region to achieve the 'Triple Crown', accreditation by the three major international organizations: The Joint Commission International, The Canadian Council on Health Services Accreditation and The Australian Council on Healthcare Standards.
