Managing Director Saudi Arabia A Multinational Industrial Equipment Manufacturing Company. Functions: - The MD reports directly to the Vice President of the Regional Management Team. The MD is fully budget and cost responsible for the entire company, and directs the organization by performing the following duties: - Overall responsibility for the company. - Responsibility for utilizing and optimizing all resources of the company. - Ensuring that all agreed procedures are followed. - Build up a professional organization with main focus on technical, sales and marketing teams. - Be a strategic and operational leader and valued contributor for the entire team. - Business planning (budgets, 5 year planning) and its execution. - Drive the business with the goal to double the market share of the company in KSA as soon as possible. Requirements: - EDUCATION - The candidate has either a technical university degree and a proven track record in marketing and sales or a degree in business administration and experience from technical/engineering companies. - EXPERIENCE - Minimum 10 years experience out of which at least 5 years of high-level management experience and have worked within the Oil&Gas industry,Chemical industry and related industries ( engineering companies, Pump & Compressor manufacturers ). - KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL - Experience from the off-site industry is a preferred. - Strong negotiation skills and good commercial understanding are essential. - The candidate must be pro-active and able to maintain commitment persistently. - The candidate has a strong entrepreneurial spirit as well as the instinct for revenue generating projects, enabling you to build the company almost from the start. - The candidate will be working across cultures and functional levels, strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. - The ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables is also of great importance. - The candidate should have knowledge of the local market and culture. - LANGUAGE - The candidate should have fluent English written and oral skill. - Arabic language fluency would be an added advantage. - CANDIDATE LOCATION - Currently located in Saudi Arabia, GCC Countries, Europe or USA - Availability to travel internationally as and when required.
