They are entering the next level and exploring new territories, covering new wide ranges of products and categories We are now looking for an experienced SECURITY MANAGER to be based in Riyadh KEY DUTIES: • Recommending strategies for improving the security system of the company • Handle all the security aspects regarding employees and assets for the entire Group • Supervise a Group of shifts security and security men • Keeping abreast with the latest technologies for the purpose of improving the security systems • Managing and supervising the security staff and ensuring their adherence to the set policies and procedures • Implementation of the present security procedures • Supervise security men and manage daily office work • Control the entrance and exit of workers and visitors in the factory • Supervise the implementation of emergency plans • Organize patrols in the factory locations and accessories • Routine inspection of installation and inform the concerned Authorities about any observations • Supervisor the training of Security men • Organize Management Procedures for the Security and Safety department • Introduce security team of high intelligence • Ensure the safety of Group Assets • Conduct a periodical thorough behaviour checks on employees before hiring and during his service • Executing any other duty as assigned by the Administration Manager ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Diploma in Military science or equivalent preferred • 4+ years in similar field with 2 years at least in Supervisory post KEY SKILLS • Safety • Ability to work under stress • Reliability & Commitment • Teambuilding and Management • Follow up skills • Productivity • Leadership Decision Making • Problem Solving • Intelligence • Leadership skills • Effective case Solving COMPENSATION/ BENEFITS: • Salary package: Up to $80k USD per annum • Including high quality benefits To apply in confidence please email your CV to tilly @ firstresortrecruitment. com FIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENT Leaders in Executive Level Recruitment Worldwide
