Strong growth track record and well positioned to capture future growth Over the last four years the company increased sales by 40% and has hence built a strong distribution platform within Saudi Arabia. We are now looking for an experienced WHOLESALE MANAGER to be based in Riyadh OVERVIEW OF DUTIES: • Setup the long-term and short-term strategies for the Jewelry Product Development, Design, Manufacturing and Sales. These strategies should be convenient and suitable to help achieving the overall corporate strategic objectives • Prepare and implement the work plans needed to fulfill the approved strategies (in cooperation with his team), and report to the company's top management periodically on the progress of these work plans • Prepare the annual budget for the Wholesale Division in cooperation with and guidance of the Finance Division • Setup the working programs and procedures for the Wholesale Division and ensure that they are effective and convenient to implement the Wholesale Division approved work plan and strategies and achieve the approved targets • Develop the performance standards and KPIs for all Wholesales sub-functions and activities. These KPIs should be in-line with the approved departmental KPIs for the Wholesale Division • Supervise the development and launching of new product lines (collections) at least twice a year, in addition to new designs for current lines and new packaging to leverage volume opportunities • Brief and inspire assigned Product Managers and Designers on the upcoming season collections to ensure the achievement of business targets • Analyze market trends and developments with the aim of identifying incremental volume and share opportunities • Generate innovative collections and new improved solutions that help create incremental gains in business results; "think out of the box” • Anticipate wholesale trends, situations or changing market conditions and take appropriate actions on timely basis • Support the Marketing Division to develop, implement and monitor marketing plans based on comprehensive understanding of the market environment, company assets, consumers, and customers securing management agreement with the aim of achieving sales, share and profit targets ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Degree qualified • 10 years overall experience • 5 years experience in Jewelry/ Gold or luxury consumer goods manufacturing or distribution • 2 years experience in a leading role in KSA • Fluent Arabic/ English BENEFITS: • Up to $200K USD per annum- Negotiable for very high calibers • Benefits include: Medical Insurance: Employee, wife and three children Annual vacation: 25 days Relocation: Family and furniture move covered To apply in confidence please email your CV to Katherine @ firstresortrecruitment. com FIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENT Leaders in Executive Level Recruitment Worldwide
