Clinical Nurse Coordinator, OR Clinical Nurse Coordinator , Operating Room (Grade 9) Male or female candidates welcome. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or Registered Nurse with country specific post registration program. Current Registered Nurse licensure from country of origin required. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Four (4) years of hospital experience in an acute care setting including one (1) year specialty experience required. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Broad peri-operative experience and certification in peri-operative nursing will be advantageous Demonstrated ability to act as a clinical and theoretical role model. Demonstrated leadership abilities. A proven personal commitment to continuous learning and quality improvement. Ability to provide constructive feedback and assist in the staff appraisal process. Ability to meet needs of specific patient population.
