Pharmacy Supervisor - Hospital In Patients Pharmacy Supervisor The Pharmacy Supervisor - Operations assists the Director with supervising the daily operations of the Pharmacy Department. Maintains the proper staffing/drug purchasing levels in accordance with patient acuity and budget parameters. Responsibilities include but are not limited to fiscal, human resource, regulatory, clinical and operational functions in regards to pharmaceuticals. Performs staffing requirement as a pharmacist during the normal course of the position on a regular basis. Coordinates staff hiring and supply management utilization activities. Also active in department medication safety projects/programs.
