QA/QC Manager Description Ensure all Method Statements and Inspection Test Plans have been approved and are being progressed as planned. -Prepare an audit schedule and carry out audits in accordance with the approved audit schedule -Monitor close-out of corrective actions. -Ensure non-conformance records are regularly collected and reported -Manage and report NCR trends -Provide support and advice in the assessment and management of subcontractors’ management systems and suppliers. -Liaise with Clients Quality representative. -Manage the phased inspections of Preparatory Inspections, Initial Inspections and Follow Up Inspections with a team of Quality Control Engineers/Inspectors -Organise and supervise inspections -Manage all off site testing, mock up inspections and site field tests listed in the specification. -Ensure all Quality Control records are kept and filed. -Check and verify all contract close out documentation is prepared as necessary. -To ensure the necessary training systems are in place with safety and toolbox talks. -Liaise with managers and external organizations on issues relevant to quality. -Lead the team of Quality Control Inspectors.
