FACILITY MANAGER-Real Estate:Commercial/Residential Real Estate Facility Manager – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Open to Arabic speakers & Westerners looking to relocate Up to 25k SAR per month/ £55k GBP/ $80k USD TAX FREE base + Accommodation + Bonus + Relocation Our client is one of the top 100 Saudi companies & ranked highly in the top companies to work for in KSA. Based in their Corporate Head office in Riyadh the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate an impressive record of achievement in the below key areas. JOB DUTIES: - Day to day facility operations and activities of the company's commercial and residential properties, in terms of building/ facility maintenance, renovations, expansions and properties management - Direct staff, and initiate the required policies & procedures to enhance facility performance - Ensure that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health, and security standards - Contract with service providers and projects execution contractors to handle all necessary required facility works - Review current contractors' performance; analyze cost & benefit to maximize quality standards - Recommend, implement and manage a property management reporting system ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: - At least 3 years relevant experience - Have a proven ability to manage staff - A stable and impressive work history within reputable organizations BENEFITS: Tax free earnings Fantastic relocation package including initial set up costs, flights and visas.
