LEGAL MANAGER + NEW VACANCY + LEGAL MANAGER - Supply Chain OPEN TO SAUDI NATIONALS ONLY In Riyadh Up to 30k SAR + Excellent Benefits Package Our client is a national company operating across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East with a unique structure, vision and operations approach. The company is the largest of its kind in the Middle East responsible for the centralizing of procurement, warehousing, distribution, and re-exporting of pharmaceutical, medical supplies and medical devices for the benefit of all public hospitals A forward thinking company with an excellent reputation and fantastic future opportunities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Reporting to Shared Services VP • Manages the activities of the Legal staff • Assists upper management in providing legal advice and counsel on handling litigation and other legal matters involving the company • Assists in developing and modifying policies and procedures to conform to legal requirements • Drafts, reviews, or revises various company documents and participates in complex legal projects • Managing the relationship of the company with a third party legal partner ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 10 years experience in similar position preferably with major organizations • Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution within Pharma or Medical Supplies is a bonus • Bachelor Degree (Minimum), in Law preferred, MBA is a plus • Team player, and very good management skills • Computer literate with very good command of English/ Arabic BENEFITS: • Basic Salary: ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 SR monthly (It could be negotiable for some high calibers) • Housing Allowance: 3 Basic Salaries • Transportation Allowance: 10% of the Basic Salary • Yearly Bonus up to 4 salaries based on company & employees performance • Educational Allowance: maximum 15,000 SR per child for maximum three children FIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENT Leaders in Executive Level Recruitment Worldwide
