DJT2009001 Our client is a 10,000+ strong, USD 1 Billion revenue per annum conglomerate based in Saudi Arabia. An accomplished managing director / CEO, or ambitious 2nd-in-charge who is ready to take the next big step, with at least 5 years experience gained within a similar sized market-leading Saudi Arabian corporation, is sought to lead the group through organic growth and expansion into new areas. A dynamic Saudi national aged between 40 and 50 years, you will be able to demonstrate an innovative approach to operational, business development and commercial management that has significantly improved brand positioning, business revenues and operational efficiency. ESSENTIAL CRITERIA Degree in Business or similar, an MBA would be a distinct advantage 5 years experience at Managing Director / CEO level Multi-site management within a conglomerate structure Business experience within retail, banking, investments and construction Sound working relationships with government agencies Fiscal, legal and regulatory authority relationships A strategic thinker, capable of steering the business through market change Compliant with international corporate governance protocols Your expression of interest shall be treated in the strictest confidence.
