The company is the largest of its kind in the Middle East responsible for the centralizing of procurement, warehousing, distribution, and re-exporting of pharmaceutical, medical supplies and medical devices for the benefit of all public hospitals A forward thinking company with an excellent reputation and fantastic future opportunities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Managing teams set up the strategy of the logistic sector • Set up the standards & policies of Warehouses & Distribution • Work on the Joint-Venture with international partners on the warehouses & distribution areas • Reporting to CEO ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Minimum 20 years experience including working in similar position preferably with major organizations in supply chain/ healthcare industries • Bachelor Degree (Minimum), Engineering is preferred MBA is a plus • Team player, and very good management skills • Computer literate with very good command of English/ Arabic BENEFITS: • Basic Salary: ranges from 55,000 to 65,000 SR monthly (It could be negotiable for some high calibres) – Up to $210k USD per annum + benefits • Housing Allowance: 3 Basic Salaries (Max: 12,500 monthly) • Transportation Allowance: 4,000 SR monthly • Educational Allowance: Maximum 15,000 SR per child for a maximum of four children • Yearly Bonus up to 4 salaries based on company & employees performance FIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENT Leaders in Executive Level Recruitment Worldwide
