CHIEF ACCOUNTANT + NEW VACANCY + CHIEF ACCOUNTANT Leading Saudi Arabian Company Based in Riyadh, MUST BE A SAUDI NATIONAL Up to $100K USD Package + BONUS Our client is a national company operating across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East with a unique structure, vision and operations approach. JOB DUTIES: • Reporting to: Finance Director • Handle complete charge of Accounts Department independently • Coordination, preparation and monitoring of annual budgets • Produce monthly financial statements • Ensure general ledger, subsidiary ledgers, other financial records and schedules are accurately maintained • Institute policies and procedures capable of protecting the business resources against waste, and inefficiency • Plans, coordinates and supervises all accounting activities including payroll, cash flow, banking facilities • Assist in development and implementation of new ERP financial systems • Handle all treasury and cash management operations • Provide both short-term and long-term financial planning, investments and analysis, monthly financial reporting • Initiate company-wide risk management system that identifies and analyses programs and properties in order to reduce risks, reduce or maximize expenses and ensure the organization is adequately protected ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: • Must be a Saudi National • Degree qualified: Major in Finance or Accounting • Desirable Certificates: Chartered Accountant "CA" or "Certified Public Accountant", or equivalent • Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in similar positions • Experience within a supply chain/ logistics/ distribution company • Experience in ERP system preferably in "SAP" and excellent use of MS Office • Very good command of English/ Arabic BENEFITS: • Basic Salary: ranges from 18 to 25K SR monthly ($60k to $80K USD per year) – negotiable for high calibers • Housing Allowance: 3x Basic Salary • Transportation Allowance: 10% of the Basic Salary • Yearly Bonus up to 4 salaries based on company & employees performance • Educational Allowance: maximum 15K SR (4K USD) per child for maximum three children FIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENT Leaders in Worldwide Executive Recruitment
