SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER Our client is one of the top 100 Saudi companies & is ranked highly in the top companies to work for within KSA. They are a leading Construction company specializing in Industrial and Mixed Use Development projects. Currently they have an opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team in Riyadh. This role will be working within their Engineering arm and would suit someone who has previous experience within a large engineering consultancy firm within Building Design & Engineering (Residential, Commercial, Education and Healthcare). The candidate will be required to perform all Sales tasks starting at identifying new opportunities, client relationship building to final contract signature. The clients are high level and therefore a minimum 5+ years experience is required to deliver the required consultative approach. KEY ABILITIES & EXPERIENCE: • Demonstrable success as an individual contributor in previous roles, with strong track record of generating new business • Proven ability to develop and maintain an actual network of relationships at the most senior levels throughout the region with the target account group • Proven ability to develop and maintain an actual network of relationships at the most senior levels throughout the region with the target account group • The ability to create, build and further develop strategic alliances with 3rd parties in order to create the most effective solution for the end customer • Well established in the region, and with strong international experience • Strong influencer and networker • Ability to interface at the highest levels within organizations • Consultative approach • Grown up in a blue chip organization • To perform all administrative sales tasks starting at opportunity identification until contract signature ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: • Engineering or Marketing Degree preferred • 5 years experience in a Management level position • Experience within Sales/ Marketing in Saudi Arabia • Ideally having experience working in a large engineering consultancy firm in the Middle East BENEFITS: • Tax free earnings up to SAR 30k per month package ($100K USD per annum) including high quality benefits • Leading company name FIRST RESORT GLOBAL RECRUITMENT Leaders in Worldwide Executive Recruitment
