Residential Engineer - Intelligent Transport Systems A leading global transport and engineering professional service provider has asked us to source talented individuals for a high profile Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) project in Saudi Arabia. So if you are thinking of finding a job abroad then we could have just the exciting opportunity that you are looking for. The Resident Engineer will be responsible for reviewing and approving gantry and mast construction and civil works design, build and commissioning related to control facilities (VPC and CCC) and roadside works. The ideal candidate will hold a BSc in Civil Engineering and will have relevant experience as a Civil Engineer. You will be able to demonstrate first hand experience with civil projects in Saudi Arabia including the legal aspects regarding local regulations for civil constructions (concrete and steel) along with a track record of inspecting civil works. The role requires an individual with excellent communication skills and as it will involve frequent travel to rural areas Arabic speaking candidates would be preferable although non Arabic speaking candidates will be considered but would need to have business fluency in English.
