Female Fitness Instructor Requirements:  Must be between 20-35 years old  Physically fit and healthy.  Experienced in Personal Training and well versed in Gym equipment and facilities.  Preferably with International Certifications ex. NVQ levels  Excellent communication skills and other language will be an advantage.  Presentable, dedicated, flexible and could work under stressful environment Prime Objective :  To effectively and efficiently oversee the Gymnasium, Aerobics programme and other club activities providing a motivating and professional fitness facility for all users. Involved in the development and maintenance of the gymnasium and fitness programmes and club activities. Main Duties and Responsibilities :  To ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the gymnasium and aerobics studio, ensuring the safety of all users.  Perform fitness evaluations, screen medical history and life style for all new users, then offer advice to improve physical and mental well-being of all guests.  To design a challenging and motivating tailor made exercise regime for all users.  To provide regular fitness challenges, events and motivational programmes for the gymnasium and aerobic studio members in conjunction of the Recreation Manager  To provide a wide range of fitness classes and events to cater for all ages and fitness levels.  To ensure the safety of gymnasium users through regular structured cleaning and maintenance checks.  To perform basic group exercise classes, and shall receive the agreed commission as set by the Recreation Manager.
