Executive Secretary

uses a variety of software packages to produce correspondence and documents, and maintains presentations, spreadsheets and other application documents;
arranges meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;
Assists with maintaining calendar, scheduling appointments and meeting rooms.
Types routine correspondence and reports.
deals with communication, collates information, writes reports, and ensures decisions made are communicated to the relevant people;
liaises with members of staff in other departments or external contacts;
Organizes and stores paperwork, documents and computer-based information.
Performs other related duties as required.


Required Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree, or Administration Diploma or Equivalent
Secretary related Certification is a plus


Required Skills:
3 years minimum work experience
Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office Applications.
Proficient in Arabic & English
Good Communication Skills
