GENERAL SUMMERY
Supervises and direct the activities of Engineer/inspectors under his control for and associated with the activity of Crane Barge in offshore area. Plans and approve work schedules and estimates man-hour requirements for completion of the work. Consults with the division supervisor and personnel in other sections and departments to coordinate of the work schedules and solve problems.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supervise the activities for and associated with Crane Barge under his control and supervisory functions as established by Executive Management. .
2. Establishes work priorities as well as quantity and quality standards for the painting and maintenance of equipment and parts associated with offshore crane barge work. Approves and makes necessary arrangements for the procurement of required tools, equipment, materials and parts.
3. Develops or endorses a variety of reports, applications and requisitions such as work progress reports, time sheets, equipment inspection sheets, manpower control sheets, overtime reports and work requisitions. Also prepares periodic reports as assigned, detailing work accomplishments.
4. Recommends whether work should be carries out in-house or contracted-out, taking into account the nature and volume of the work and section work schedules. Inspects and recommends acceptance of work completed by contractor with cooperation with division Supervisor.
5. Maintains contact with other departments to coordinates work schedules and requests. Coordinates with Material department to determine inventory of items to be stocked.
6. Assists Division supervisor in preparing of annual budget for the sections activities.
7. Inspects job sites to insure safe working conditions. Enforce safe working practices and good housekeeping. Planes and conducts training programs for his subordinates, upon request.

INDEPENDENCE OF OPERATIONS
Performs his duties to professional technical standards. Work assigned is subject to review and direction.

PHYSICAL EFFORT & WORK INVIRONMENT
Spends 50% of time in air-conditioned office environment. 50% of time is spent in a non air-conditioned plant environment, exposed to heat, humidity, noise and hazardous.

MINIMUM REQIREMENTS
A. B.Sc. in Corrosion Engineering or equivalent.
B. 15 years experience working in he Crane Barge as well as with full knowledge on Crane Barge equipment.
C. Very good knowledge in English.
