Normally requires HS degree and 1 - 2- years sales/service experience. 5010 Customer Service Manager - Manages the customer service function and supervises CSR's who are responsible for processing orders, corresponding with customers, and ensuring fulfillment. Normally requires a degree and 3 - 5 years related experience. 5020 Public Relations Representative - Conducts programs designed to create and maintain a favorable image for employer. Prepares and distributes fact sheets, press releases, etc. to media and potential clients. Requires some college and 1-2 years public relations experience. 5025 Public Relations Manager - Managers public relations activities for organization supervising the work of one or more subordinates. Conducts research on issues of concern to employer. Promotes goodwill by publicity efforts such as speeches, tours, exhibits etc. Requires a college degree and 3 - 5 years public relations experience. 5030 Manager, Sales - Manages sales activities. Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluation to control sales program. Analyzes market statistics to develop sales campaigns and create sales quotas. Prepares reports for management. Requires college degree and a 3 - 5 years sales experience. 5040 Manager, Advertising - Plans and executes advertising activities of organization. Creates or directs the creation of media to further the goals of the organization. May buy advertising space or time. Monitors the performance or effectiveness of campaigns. Requires college degree and 3 - 5 sales and/or marketing experience. 5050 VP, Sales - Most senior sales position in the organization. Oversees the sales function and sales personnel. Sets pricing strategy and works closely with marketing to position products or services to achieve maximum sales potential. Normally requires a degree and 7+ years experience. Masters degree highly desirable. 5060 VP, Marketing - Most senior marketing position in the organization. Manages a unit responsible for developing overall marketing strategy and positioning products or services. Normally requires a degree and 7+ years experience. Masters degree highly desirable.
