Voice Engineer Position: Voice Engineer Qualification BSc in Computer Science or Telecommunication Engineering Preferred Arabic and English Speaking and Writting Skill 2-5 years IPT/TDM Telephony Exposure (Nortel &Avaya) Experience in IPT Design, Implementation and Maintenance Ability to interconnecting Multi-brand PABX via IP, E1, & SIP. Exposure in Bank Call Center Environment (Avaya preferred) Ability to implement call vectoring programming Ability to administers CMS and BCMS Integration exposure with Avaya AIC. IR, & AES, Exposure in Recording System such as (Witness & DGVox) Wide understanding in Data environment Strong skill in Microsoft Office Product
