OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIRED!

We are currently looking for an Office Assistant to join our company. Working within a small team, the purpose of this role is to act as the first port of call for clients and provide administration support to team members.

Main duties
?Act as the first point of contact for all calls and visitors to the company
?Transferring calls to the relevant channels
?Typing up of documents and reports for example meeting reports
?Providing administration support to 5 others within the company
?Ordering of stationary and office supplies
?Facilities administration
?Occasional diary management

Essential skills/experience
?Ideally have 1-2 years administration experience
?Competent in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
?Knowledge of Act database (full training will be provided if needed)
?Confident approach in dealing with senior clientele
?Polite and friendly telephone manner
?Proactive attitude to work
?Audio typing (advantageous but not essential for this role)
