| Scheduler Oversee development and maintenance of construction project schedules for commercial, transportation and heavy civil projects. Oversee review and analysis of project schedules developed by contractors, including baseline schedules and periodic updates. Perform Time Impact and other delay analysis techniques to evaluate project delays. Provide direct interaction with clients on a regular basis. May need to work independently from time to time. 7 - 10 years experience in the commercial construction industry with a minimum of 4 years of project scheduling. High School degree required, BS highly preferred. Knowledge of Primavera products including P3.x, P3e/c, P5, Suretrak Project Manager as well as MS Project software. Knowledge of schedule comparison software including Digger and/or Primaplan. Solid familiarity with database, spreadsheet and word processing software. Possess strong leadership/team-building and written and verbal communication skills.
