Assistant Finance Manager We are currently looking for an Assistant Finance Manager to report into our Finance Manager of Foster Wheeler Arabia Limited. This position is a permanent position in Saudi Arabia and will be based in our offices in Al Khobar. Requirements: - Maintenance of the fixed asset accounting records including preparation and tracking of Capital Expenditure Requests, procurement, physical inventory and disposal - Maintenance of key balance sheet items including inter company balances - Preparation of monthly general ledger reconciliations - Preparation of monthly management accounts (including FDC reporting) in cooperation with the Finance Manager, Saudi Arabia Branch - Prepare supporting documentation for monthly WTR - Prepare supporting documentation for Zakat - Preparation of schedules as required for the Statutory Accounts - Review of daily processed invoice report - Prepare local Euro Salaried and GBP Hourly Payrolls - Liaison with HR department re GRO expenses - Liaison with Government departments, auditors and other third parties - Updating of Company Procedures and Sarbanes Oxley records as appropriate - Undertaking ad hoc tasks as required - Maintenance of records sufficient for audit purposes Responsibilities: - Organise and co-ordinate specific financial activities of Foster Wheeler Arabia Limited (Saudi Arabia Branch) as directed - Supervise the Accountant of Foster Wheeler Arabia Limited (Saudi Arabia Branch) - Deputising for the Finance Manager, Foster Wheeler Arabia Limited (Saudi Arabia Branch) as required Individual: We are looking for a Qualified Finance Professional with relevant Accounting experience.
