Production Manager (Pressure Vessels) My client is a division of a major group of companies and at the forefront of the Pressure Vessel manufacturing industry serving the Oil and Gas related Industries on a worldwide basis. The company now seeks to appoint Production Manager reporting to the Managing Director with thorough experience of Pressure Vessels and Vessel Heads manufacturing. DESCRIPTION Managing of all Production Departments and the Maintenance Department. Develop a solid quality ensured, fast, effective and efficient production process. Focus on the organization objectives! The Production Manager is member of the Management Team and is responsible for achieving his prescribed targets, resulting directly from the company objectives defined by the Managing Director. MAIN TASKS The scope of operations mainly contains: - Managing the Production Departments and the Maintenance Department; - Analyzing and optimizing the production process; - Formulating strategic targets concerning production and realization them within the determined period; - Taking appropriate actions in case of any deviation between production the planning; - Establishing a solid organization structure; - Controlling process changes; agency - Formulating of a production policy focusing on the performance of processes and the realization of the formulated targets, directly resulting from the vision of the organization; - Adjusting of the policy by means of (production) analyses; - Coordination of the processes between the different departments, the production divisions and the maintenance department; - Calculating a budget for the production departments; - Make proposals for required trainings for the development of the division management. THE PERSON Candidates will be of graduate caliber with a degree in mechanical engineering and have the following; • Knowledge of production processes and the products. • Optimizing of the products and the technical possibilities of the production machines and production recourses. • Knowledge of industrial automation and production automation systems are necessary. • Interpreting procedures and different quality aspects and having a good analytic mind. • Minimum of 5 years experience as Production Manager in steel fabrication facilities. • Knowledge of the English language (in reading, speaking and writing). • Very good communication skill is essential. m2r is working on behalf of this organisation (the Client) and acting as their CV filtering service.
